I\'ve had wide ranging commercial experience across different functions within the Healthcare and IT industry – managing order intake and delivery, bringing business functions back in-house, collaborating with cross-functional teams to win contracts, instigating change in business processes to improve delivery, distilling contract changes to internal stakeholders, developing product strategies and product descriptions, embedding user interface design standards / testing into a software process.
