I have formal training in many modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Levels 1 and 2) and I hold a Trauma certificate from Wilfred Laurier University.

I am an experienced Community Sector professional with a demonstrated history of working in non-profit organization management, grant management and as a mental health therapist. I am skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Financial Management, Government, Contract Negotiation, Training and Development, and Clinical Counselling. I am a registered Social Work professional with a Masters of Social Work Degree. My professional interests are macro level social work, particularly around systemic barriers to access for marginalized populations and communities.
