I lead the strategic development, expansion, and support of DTS’s Distance Education programs, ensuring alignment with the seminary’s mission and long-term goals. Execute a 2–3 year expansion plan to meet projected student growth while cultivating strong relationships with church leadership, alumni, and DTS partners.Program Development & Management: Maintain quality assurance standards to ensure compliance with accreditation and state requirements. Oversee the implementation of hybrid courses and educational technologies that enhance student learning.Faculty & Staff Support: Provide guidance on hybrid course design and delivery, assessment strategies, and multimedia integration. Partner with faculty development programs to strengthen teaching effectiveness and support distance education staff.Student Support & Success: Collaborate with student services on recruitment, enrollment, and retention strategies. Oversee advising, technical support, and success initiatives that promote student engagement and learning outcomes.Collaboration & Communication: Build partnerships across departments and external organizations, represent DTS in professional conferences, and prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for diverse stakeholders.
