I have had the opportunity to be a core part of VanHack since its inception and currently work as the Head of Talent Success. I\'m responsible for overseeing the daily operations of various departments, including Marketing, Candidate Sourcing, Verification, Job Market Preparation and overseeing VanHack’s Learning Hub, while directly managing 4 leaders and a multinational team of 11 specialists across 5 countries. I’m also responsible for planning and implementing initiatives for attracting new candidates to VanHack’s platform. I support several departments in planning and implementing new processes, streamlining team operations, boosting the company\'s market reach, and building brand awareness. I took charge of implementing the company\'s core values throughout the organization. These values centred around promoting collaboration, providing exceptional service, driving innovation, and embracing diversity. My focus is to drive improvements in people management, business strategy, technology solutions, and customer focus while defining candidate attraction strategies in key markets such as Latin America, Africa, Asia, and Eastern Europe. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:• I led the full-scale creation of five strategic departments, besides implementing the VanHack HR department, assisting the company in its expansion and professionalization. • We reached a key milestone of 2K candidates hired through the VanHack platform, and over 9K candidates provided with mock interview training. • We developed and implemented new strategies for customer education through the VanHack Learning Hub, focused initially on Vanhack’s tech talents, with the expectation of increasing customer satisfaction and retention, improving product adoption, driving lead generation, and increasing candidate success rates.• We successfully launched a referral program for the community, which has attracted more than 15K new users to the company\'s robust portfolio of 400K candidates utilizing its platform.
