With over 15 years of international fundraising, partnerships and advocacy experience, I have a unique mix of experience across channels and countries, from governments and foundations, to national appeals and individual donors. •Raised US$166 million in the last nine years. •Fundraising experience in different markets including China, Latin America, Europe and East Africa, in public and private sector; advocacy in donor markets for one of the world´s largest public-private partnerships for health. •Managed donor relationships with governments, foundations and companies including the Netherlands/DGIS, Spain/AECID, Norway/Norad, the European Commission, KfW/BMZ and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation; brought on board new public donors. •Led teams for proposal submissions by multi-stakeholder partnerships; managed single grants up to US$27million; negotiated amendments and no-cost extensions. •Program development – conceptualization with partners including community organizations, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation. •Created and led new initiatives from inception to operation, including a national fundraising scheme for students. •Experienced in advocacy plans including high-level panels with government advisors and ministers; relationship and partnership building with civil society partners; briefings for members of government and staff. •Communications: drafting press releases, speeches and video scripts; annual reports, print/email appeals; guidelines and position papers. Web content and site layout, including SEO. Creative agency briefs and data segmentation. •Designed and ran training, and mentored staff, senior management and partner organisations in resource mobilization, advocacy and strategy development, as well as project planning and budgeting, in various countries (English and Spanish); line management of teams. •Bilingual in English and Spanish, and experience in working in both languages. •MSc Development Studies; Political Science undergraduate degree; certified Project Management Professional (PMI PMP).
