I\'ve spent 30+ years working in corporate leadership, reached C-Suite level and built my own Coaching and Consulting business. I\'ve been made redundant twice, moved my family to the other side of the world living in Australia for a few years and have not only survived but I\'m now thriving on the other side of menopause! I have worked in the Fashion and Lifestyle industries for decades, in a world dominated by women but that was not reflected the further I went up the ladder. This is where my passion and desire to change this imbalance began by empowering and lifting up women through my coaching, mentoring and guidance.
