Siemens Leadership Excellence (SLE) supports top leaders in their strategic and operational challenges, connects them with each other worldwide and shapes a Siemens-wide future-oriented leadership culture through strategic learning programs and community events. As a Senior Consultant for Leadership Development, my job is to support the company\'s top executives in the continuous development of their leadership skills. My responsibilites include: • Design of new concepts and the content development, implementation and execution of the Siemens internal renowned global \"Advanced Leadership Program\", contributing to the continuous quality improvement of the SLE portfolio • Stakeholder and community management to identify state-of-the-art learning topics, talking to experts and representatives of Siemens\'s different businesses and regions • Selection and close cooperation with internal and external partners such as business schools, experts, and coaches • Ensuring that projects are accompanied by inspiring, target group-oriented communication • Curation of strategic, business-relevant content for leadership & management development, especially in the context of digitalization & Industrial IoT • Development of \"R.E.A.D.Y.\", a global mandatory self-paced leadership program for newly appointed leaders at Siemens - fostering a people-focused leadership culture at Siemens
