Successfully led the successful planning and execution of the company’s headquarters, overseeing logistics to support a collaborative workspace.

As Global Head of HR, I focus on aligning HR strategies with our business goals while keeping our people at the heart of everything we do. I lead a global team of HR Generalists, HR Business Partners, and the Head of Global Talent, working together to empower our workforce and drive meaningful growth.Serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership, I handle everything from workforce planning to budget management, making sure our HR practices support not only organizational goals but also a vibrant employee experience. In presenting to the board, I advocate for initiatives that drive well-being, development, and a strong sense of belonging—creating a culture where employees feel valued and recognized.I’m especially proud of our work on development programs and recognition initiatives, building a People Experience where everyone has a voice and opportunities to grow. Tackling challenges like contingency planning and employee relations, I bring resilience and a people-first approach to every decision.Active in SHRM and a leader within SHRM Atlanta, I’ve helped launch “Rising Leaders ATL” to support emerging HR professionals in their careers. My background in hospitality has shaped my approach to relationships, and I strive daily to create an inclusive, collaborative workplace.
