About Julia Whiting

I am a recent graduate of The Ohio State University, having earned a BSBA in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the Max M. Fisher College of Business, along with a minor in Communications. During my time at The Ohio State University, I actively engaged in various extracurricular activities to enhance my skills and broaden my network. I was involved in the Undergraduate Business Women\'s Association, the American Marketing Association, and the Ski Club. These experiences not only allowed me to expand my professional network but also equipped me with invaluable career skills and fostered a deeper connection to my campus community. Additionally, I served as the President of the Media Literacy Club, which I established last year. This leadership role enabled me to further develop my leadership abilities, organize events, and contribute to the Columbus community by promoting safe and healthy media practices among youth. Furthermore, I had the privilege of serving as a brand ambassador for Margaritaville University, where I gained insights into business strategy and marketing from a renowned international company, all while fostering connections within my campus community. As a recent graduate, I am characterized by traits such as hard work, creativity, organization, teamwork, and a strong desire for continuous learning. I am excited about the career opportunities that lie ahead and am eager to apply the knowledge and skills I have acquired during my academic journey. In addition to my academic achievements, I am currently pursuing my MBA in Finance and Accounting through American University. This advanced education is allowing me to further hone my expertise in financial analysis and strategic decision-making, positioning me to excel in leadership roles within the business world. I am confident that the combination of my undergraduate experiences, coupled with the insights gained from my MBA, will empower me to make a meaningful impact in any business.
