A graduate of the National Coaching Institute - Ontario, Julia coached Olympic and National Team athletes to success at the highest levels in Canada, and around the globe. Julia takes a similar personalized approach with each client, always tuning into their individual goals and needs. Her talent for clear communication and strong personable negotiation makes her a powerful advocate for her clients.Julia began her real estate career with Canadian company Royal LePage Estate Realty, where she spent eight years honing her craft and building a strong foundation in client service, market knowledge, and legal negotiation. Her dedication and results-driven approach led her to be drawn to Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, where she thrived in Toronto’s highly competitive market under exceptional leadership. At Sotheby’s, Julia achieved incredible success. She has represented a wide range of local clients and supporting international referrals, helping families from around the world relocate with confidence and care. What sets Julia apart is her ability to quickly understand what clients want. She gets the little stuff and the big stuff. She knows that a home isn’t just a place to live—it’s where life happens. Julia believes a home should feel like a true reflection of who you are, no matter the size or of the property.She’s also a bit of a market nerd—in the best way. Julia is passionate about sport, music, choreography, film, and travel. Her adventures have taken her to over 40 countries, giving her a broad, worldly perspective and a love for different cultures. This hockey mom currently lives and serves Windsor Essex County with her partner, four kids, four cats and best doggo!
