Conduct analyses and develop methods to support continuous improvement and best practices in purchasing, forecast and planning capabilities, cost reduction, inventory sufficiency;Monitor and update material master attributes in SAP which impact MRP calculations; support, resolve and troubleshoot ERP application issues; maintain & coordinate ECO change activity with functional groups; set up new materials in the System;Handle inbound inquiries from interested parties via email and phone by determining requirements, clarifying desired information, resolving problems, fulfilling requests and closing deals.INVENTORY / SERVICE OPERATIONS CONTROL ANALYST: Accessed and manipulated databases to produce routine and ad hoc reports.
