I’ve spent my career building products, teams, and organizations that people can trust — and creating spaces where people can do meaningful work without losing themselves in the process. Across two decades in consumer technology, HR, and supply chain, I’ve learned that trust and clarity scale better than any system. When people are supported and aligned, innovation serves its purpose — and it makes life better.As Chief Product Officer at HCA Healthcare, I lead enterprise product strategy for a 300K-person enterprise serving thousands of care sites. My focus: bring modern product and AI practices to life responsibly, designing solutions that help clinicians and staff care for people, not just processes. Before HCA, I led global product organizations at Amazon and Apple, scaling teams from 10 to 130+, overseeing multibillion-dollar product portfolios, guiding transformations that doubled workforces and generating billions in new revenue. Those years taught me that excellence and empathy don’t compete — they’re what make performance sustainable. Through Zenithos (my advisory practice), I coach and advise executives and emerging leaders on a limited basis. I help leaders see themselves clearly, act decisively, and build organizations where people and progress move in sync.I believe leadership and technology should improve life for everyone they touch.
