Led a 21-member cross-agency team to redesign and implement a new governance structure, streamlining decision-making and improving agility at NWS. Co-led the creation of the Change Management Unit (CMU), a centralized team of experts applying change management methodologies to the NWS’s ten highest priority transformational initiatives. Developed and executed rollout strategies for governance and change initiatives, including multi-channel communications, training, and executive engagement. Designed interactive dashboards and workflows to improve transparency, track key metrics, and enhance collaboration.Serve as Secretariat for the NWS Strategy Council, advising senior leadership on organizational design, change management, and governance strategy.
