ABOUTI didn’t come to education technology from theory or trend reports. I came to it from the classroom.For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of teaching, school leadership, and organizational growth—launching programs, leading faculty teams, earning international accreditation, and building learning systems that had to work in real life. Technology was never the goal. It became the bridge.🧩 FROM PRACTICE TO PLATFORM As an educator and school leader, I adopted learning tools I personally used, tested, and refined—because they solved real problems: aligning curriculum, supporting teacher growth, improving communication, and scaling learning without losing pedagogical integrity. If a solution didn’t help educators teach better or learners engage more deeply, it didn’t last. LEADERSHIP GROUNDED IN CLASSROOMS In senior leadership roles at international K–12 schools in New York, I led institutions from concept to accreditation, designed inquiry-driven learning frameworks, and built professional development programs for faculty teams. I partnered closely with executive leadership to translate academic vision into operational execution—using learning platforms, instructional design tools, and data-informed insights to drive adoption, trust, and growth.
