After five years of developing brand and product marketing campaigns for leading retail and consumer goods organizations, including Abercrombie & Fitch and Procter & Gamble, I pivoted my career from consumer marketing to talent acquisition. Since entering the recruiting and talent industry, my career has continued to evolve, allowing me to leverage a diverse marketing background spanning creative services, sales enablement, event planning, change management, client and vendor relations, public speaking, and process improvement to support scalable growth.In June 2022, I joined Korn Ferry as a Recruitment Marketing Manager, where I currently support a portfolio of client accounts across a wide range of industries on a global scale.I graduated summa cum laude from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Communications, along with a minor in Business Marketing. Committed to continuous learning, I have completed multiple certifications in Google Analytics and Social Media Marketing and regularly shares my expertise through public speaking engagements at industry webinars and conferences.Outside of work, I am actively involved in my community through organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and the Special Olympics.
