I create social media content with intention, always starting with the target audience. What do they care about? What stops their scroll? What makes them feel seen? That audience-first mindset has guided my approach to content creation, community engagement, and brand storytelling from day one.Early in my career, I found myself in recruitment marketing and employer branding—a space where you’re not just selling a product, you’re asking someone to make a life change. That challenge sharpened my skills in strategic content development, building trust, and creating authentic content that truly resonates.Currently, I lead social content strategy for ALDI USA’s careers channels (@aldiusacareers), developing storytelling and campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. I know how to balance trend-driven content with brand messaging while always focusing on delivering what the audience truly needs: clarity, connection, and confidence to hit that apply button.Outside of work, I am a Chicago Native who was a cheesehead for 3.5 years at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Polish Language and Communication Arts: Radio, TV, and Film. I spend my free time in group fitness classes and am a cycling instructor!
