In my first project, I supported the Enterprise Architecture team of a global software company in standardizing documentation and collaboration artefacts used by Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects and Process Managers. I helped review existing templates, gathered input from different architect groups and contributed to the creation of over 30 improved artefacts (in e.g, Microsoft 365, Lucidchart, SAP LeanIX). Together with the team, I supported iterative feedback cycles and published the artefacts and usage guidelines on SharePoint. I also assisted in community-building tasks, including developing a shared glossary to improve communication across the architecture community. My role focused on structured support, documentation and helping bring clarity to cross-functional collaboration.In my current role I support the delivery of several Customer Master Data initiatives at a global software company. I help coordinate weekly project activities, prepare steering updates, track risks and structure content for go-live readiness together with product and business stakeholders. I also work on AI-related topics, such as facilitating ideation workshops, creating prioritization frameworks and supporting an internal knowledge-management chatbot use case. A part of my work includes preparing slide decks, consolidating inputs from different teams and helping moderate recurring governance meetings. In addition, I contribute to internal innovation efforts, such as designing a conversational AI experience for a customer event to guide visitors through idea development.
