Hi there! If we have not met yet, great to meet you, and if we have, here\'s a little update on what I have been working on:I began my career in New York City in corporate finance as an Associate Controller supporting the Office of the CEO at SAP, while earning my MBA in Marketing and Finance at St. John’s University. Eventually, I transitioned into the small business world and completely fell in love with it.At Jump 450 Media, I started as the one and only person in the finance department and grew into the role of Managing Director of Finance, leading budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, cross functional operations, and a team. I supported the company through a majority stake acquisition by Omnicom Media Group and helped navigate the full integration, which was an incredibly rewarding experience.After the acquisition, I decided to take a stab at starting my own company and working in fractional operations. I co-founded and operated Scrubs Community for 2 years, and I now serve as the COO of Training and eTracking Solutions. I\'m a hands-on operator and my work blends finance, HR, product strategy, internal operations, and execution. The goal is to help companies scale with structure.In short, I help small business owners understand their finances, build strong internal processes, and make more money.

Building financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes; creating KPI metrics and reporting; overseeing hiring, terminations, payroll, and commission structures; developing the finance function; and managing a team of seven employees and contractors.Training & eTracking provides tailored courses for direct support professionals, assisted living staff, social workers, and nurses, helping organizations elevate care standards through expert training.
