I’m the Founder and CEO of Asteri AI - the AI-native Work Intelligence Platform helping Fortune 100 enterprises understand how work actually happens across the organization. We enable companies to thoughtfully integrate AI alongside humans, intelligently, and at scale. We’re building the intelligence layer: the missing operating system for the future of work - one that guides how humans and AI create value together. Our mission is to help companies build the human-AI workforce of the future and reimagine how work should be done in the era of AI.Previously, I was an executive leader with deep expertise in MedTech and Life Sciences, spending 13 years driving enterprise transformation at F100 companies, including 11 years at Medtronic, where I served as Director of Commercial Transformation. I led enterprise-wide programs spanning S & OP, IBP, and APS, with a strong focus on end-to-end business impact.At heart, I’m a product person. I led the 0-to-1 development of Medtronic’s first global Channel Data Management Platform - a $10M initiative involving 100+ team members, channel partners, and users. I earned seven company-wide awards for this work, including the CIO Award and the Star of Excellence.I also served as a Course Facilitator at Stanford GSB (Stanford LEAD Program), guiding senior executives through immersive leadership and strategy coursework to drive real-world outcomes.I’m a systems thinker focused on some of the most consequential topics of our time: AI, the future of work, and organizational design for human-AI collaboration.
