ABOUT JULIA ROWE

I am a dynamic senior leader and Sustainability professional, with a consistently strong track record in holistic strategy development and execution. I have extensive experience across the chemical industry, working with and influencing senior executives, business leaders and Board, in a FTSE100 company, on how to manage risks and opportunities created by changing environmental, social and economic conditions. I\'m passionate about helping to solve the complex global problem of achieving climate and nature restoration, whilst providing sufficient food and energy for all. At Johnson Matthey, I\'ve delivered key sustainability transformation projects to achieve a net zero ambition, both directly and through managing teams in a global setting. Commercially astute, with external investor facing experience, building trust and ongoing relationships. Experienced in all ESG reporting regulations and surveys for corporates, consistently scoring highly and winning awards. A collaborative, adaptable and flexible leader with consistently high performance, working across diverse businesses and cultures. Previous experience includes managing cross functional, international teams, in product development of clean air and hydrogen technologies, working in partnership with customers in the automotive and energy sectors. Being a mother to four musical, sporty children has taught me loads about team building!
