ABOUT JULIA ROSENBAUM
For over two decades, I have dedicated my professional efforts through AED and now FHI360, providing cutting-edge technical leadership in behavior change approaches in WASH, HIV, nutrition, dengue, adolescent reproductive health, and maternal & child health. I\'ve led strategic efforts establishing FHI 360 as a leader in behavior-centered approaches and demonstrated the role of enabling products and improved services in triggering and sustaining improved behaviors, essential for better health outcomes. I have been part of a small group that has advocated, generated and collected evidence and programming guidance for integrating WASH with HIV Care and Support; as well as nutrition and ECD; menstrual hygiene, education and reproductive health. With a group of creative practitioners, I pioneered the development of the BEHAVE Framework, which has been widely accepted and used by hundreds of government and non-governmental organizations to implement evidence-based behavior change initiatives. From my formative, operations research and program experience, I have generated tools and key publications for knowledge sharing and programming guidance highlighted below and in my publication list, involving other public health leaders and donors including USAID, WHO, PAHO, UN Foundation and UNICEF. I have published in peer review journals, including the American Journal of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, PLoS Med, Social Marketing Quarterly, Journal of Health Communication, Food and Nutrition Bulletin, and Lancet; and have written articles and other documentation (non-peer review) for prestigious clients, including USAID, WHO, UNICEF, CAREC/PAHO, and others with wide and relevant audiences. I have produced close to 50 technical publications, and at least 100 professional presentations and webinars. There are FAR TOO MANY \"I\"s in this summary, as none of it would be possible without collaboration and partnership with networks of committed colleagues throughout the globe.
