Run the daily operations of Florida Therapy Services, Inc.’s clinical program office of Pensacola, duties include supervising program staff including staff supervisions and case consultations, provide support with in-crisis or problem cases, provide on-going assistance to program staff in coordinating services for clients, hire and train new program staff and provide on-going training for existing staff, maintain and generate necessary weekly reports to include but not limited to Medicaid patient compliance, patient census, and provider productivity reports in a timely manner, assist in reviewing and monitoring case files for both internal and external quality assurance standards, establish and maintain positive collaborative relationships with relevant community agencies, work within Medicaid guidelines and oversee a 2100 patient program from intake to discharge including completing assessments, case assignments, reviewing and approving treatment plans per Medicaid standards, discharging clients, attending to client concerns and linking clients and providers to appropriate resources within the agency or elsewhere. Manage 3 employee therapists, 19 contracted therapists, and 2 nurses, 1 case manager, well as, provide on-sight management of 9 employees/contractors from other departments within the agency. We also now carry 2 psychiatric nurse practitioners on staff as well.
