About Julia Ress
Hello! My name is Julia Ress and I am a 4th year student in The Max M. Fisher College of Business, majoring in International Business. I\'m looking to pursue a career path where I can conjoin my skills and passions and make a genuine impact. One of my most notable work experiences was starting my own company this past summer. I got to knock on doors and give a sales pitch, drop thousands of flyers on doorsteps, go into local high schools with a booth to recruit potential hires, interview numerous prospects to work for me, and set appointments with potential clients to review contracts and close deals. Once my schedule was booked for the summer, I focused on the execution of the service I was providing for my clients. This included overseeing supply chain management, enforcing a positive and effective company culture, and maintaining quality relationships with past and future clients.I would describe myself as immensely interpersonal and diligent. Communicating and building authentic relationships come natural to me and when I am challenged with any sort of obstacle, I face them head on with determination and perseverance. Overall, I am very charismatic, energized, ambitious, driven, creative, personable, and goal oriented.
