o Carried out in depth analysis of high-risk users on the WU platform in regards to their potential involvement in criminal activities and/or financial crimes.o Conducted varied investigations daily of high-risk typologies including terrorist financing, anti-human trafficking, anti-money laundering, weapons trafficking, and drug-related cases. Performed outreach calls to customers when necessary to give support to the investigations.o Partnered with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) when my weapons/drug trafficking case was selected by an HSI agent for a presentation. The HSI agent wanted to know more about my investigative tactics and asked about how they could work more closely with us for future investigations as a result.o Worked on a training team with investigators to put together training presentations on certain analytics/investigative tools that are used by most of the financial crime’s teams. Currently working on a presentation centered around the IBM i2 Analyst Notebook to help advance investigations
