With nearly 20 years of experience in destination sales, event contracting, and venue operations, I specialize in connecting strategy, service, and city stewardship to create seamless convention experiences in Anaheim.As Senior Booking & Contracts Coordinator at the Anaheim Convention Center, my work encompasses public-sector contracting, client relations, and operational readiness, ensuring every event moves from tentative to executed with accuracy, transparency, and collaboration.Before joining the City of Anaheim, I spent over a decade with Visit Anaheim, where I served as Convention Sales Director for both the Eastern and Southern Regions promoting the Anaheim Convention Center as a top choice for meetings and conventions. There, I led sales efforts that brought major conventions and meetings to Anaheim, cultivated long-term client relationships, and partnered with national associations and corporate planners to grow Anaheim’s reputation as a premier convention destination.I’m passionate about process improvement, stakeholder education, and building trust between sales and operations. Whether it’s refining lease terms, coordinating multi-department reviews, or mentoring new team members, I thrive on creating clarity and driving results in complex environments.
