Formerly titled Partner Relations Coordinator)• Create, manage, and assist in executing large and small-scale CSC HQ-sponsored network meetings, events, and conferences. • Assist in managing the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program; a CSC HQ-led training to ensure network viability and sustainability. • Assist in managing orientations, a CSC HQ training for new Executive, Program, and Development Directors. • Assist in managing Network Council and Network Partner Focus Committee – governing bodies for the network – meetings and maintain regular communication with these groups. • Compile, edit, update, and publish information for monthly newsletter and calendar on network intranet site comprised of headquarters updates, education, resources and news for 190+ network partners and headquarters staff members.• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, maintaining, and writing meeting minutes for various network call groups.• Assist the Chief Executive Officer, Vice President of Mission Delivery, and other senior leadership staff with appointment scheduling.• Ensures efficient and effective operations of the Partner Relations team, including liaising with appropriate departments at CSC HQ.
