Provides centralized support for the Talent Acquisition team, various Human Resources team members, and hiring managers throughout the full cycle recruiting process • Ensures timely and efficient processing of all necessary processes and information to ensure legal compliance and adherence to internal process guidelines, such as Form I-9 validation and support • Serves as a primary point of contact for business leaders with system related support for Workday recruiting module • Assists with scheduling, content organization, and overall coordination of the company’s New Hire Welcome Sessions • Provides support to maintain recruiting related content on internal and external websites • Partners with HR Support team to ensure timely responses delivered through our internal ticketing system • Performs a wide range of support to assist in departmental processes and special projects
