About Julia Mixon
I graduated from the University of Central Florida’s Industrial Organizational Psychology MS program in Spring of 2023. I hope to apply my degree to an initial career in Organizational Development and People Analytics. In 2020, I graduated from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities, where I studied Psychology and Communications in order to prepare myself for a career in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I am very interested in understanding human behavior, especially within the workplace, and am excited about the broad range of opportunities available in I/O.
