Serving as day-to-day liaison between internal teams and studio customers, both local and international.• Creating and overseeing an end-to-end localization plan based on client delivery requirements, key milestones and budget agreements. • Responsible for coordinating subtitle localization to client’s highest priority studios, with direct involvement in three of the top grossing films of all time.• Owning expertise in project spec to effectively define directives, ensuring all parties involved have a clear understanding of the client’s expectations.• Daily review of production schedules, tracking the progress of associated departments, in order to identify any potential issues and needs for additional support.• Involved in process improvements for growing day and date workflows, utilizing cross-platform experience in theatrical, digital and home entertainment distribution.• Working with leads and senior management on critical issues and escalations to provide timely solutions and creative alternatives to meet delivery deadlines.
