The partners of delegated expats are critical tot he success oft he delegation itself. If they are unhappy it will reflect on the whole family and can even affect the work performance of the delegate. Most partners of delegates are highly skilled themselves but have to leave their career and life behind to follow their spouse to another country. There they have to cope with the losses and find a new identiy. Julia Meder is on a mission to help the partners of delegates to not only somehow get through this time but to get the most out of it and thrive in their new life. Through Authentic Leadership Coaching she leads them to find their new identity, move forward and at best find their calling and happiness in their new life. Being a native German she experienced being the spouse of an expat twice. Once in a long-distant relationship when she didn´t follow her husband to Antwerp because of her own career. And second when they moved together with their kids to North Carolina in the U.S. Here she worked in the communications department of an international corporation, did her coaching training and founded her own publishing house She learned how to make the best out of the time aborad and found her calling.
