Partnering with leaders to provide strategic HR advice and hands-on support on talent, organizational and operational matters- Acting as a coach and advisor to managers, enabling them to lead high-performing teams and support employee development- Supporting the full employee lifecycle: recruitment/interviews, onboarding, contract management, development, changes to employment, offboarding- Managing employee relations cases including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation- Ensuring adherence to local labor laws, collective agreements (if applicable), and company policies across all HR practices- Preparing documentation such as contracts, reference letters, and works council communication in collaboration with relevant stakeholders- Collaborate closely with global and local Centers of Expertise (COEs) such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and DEI to implement programs and ensure alignment with business needs- Using data and analytics to identify trends and areas of improvement in HR processes, policies, and organizational structures- Driving and supporting HR-related projects, including local and global initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, change management, or organizational development.
