As a strategy and operations leader with a strong foundation in People & Culture, I specialize in turning startup vision into execution. I currently serve as VP Strategy at Edurino, an EdTech company shaping digital learning experiences for children.I originally joined Edurino as VP People when the team was fewer than 15, and built the People function from scratch—scaling the team 3x, implementing core HR infrastructure, and supporting rapid growth. I now focus on driving cross-functional strategy, operational excellence, and organizational clarity across teams and leadership levels.Previously, I was the Founder & CEO of Studybees, an EdTech startup offering personalized learning solutions for students. I scaled the team to 25 employees and 250+ freelancers before exiting to Studocu. My early role at Stocard (now Klarna) further shaped my understanding of growth, culture, and operational scale.I\'m passionate about building purposeful companies—where strategy, communication, and culture go hand in hand.
