Overall coordination of the EU-funded Horizon Europe project BIOARC (Grant Agreement No. 10•••••56)– Planning, monitoring, and management of project activities, deliverables, and milestones– Acting as the main liaison between international consortium partners, the European Commission, and external stakeholders– Organization and facilitation of consortium meetings, workshops, and review sessions– Financial coordination, budget oversight, and handling of EU fund requests in compliance with regulations– Preparation of technical and administrative reports (periodic reports, deliverables)– Implementation of quality assurance and risk management strategies throughout the project lifecycle– Coordination of communication and dissemination activities in collaboration with work package leaders (incl. website, social media, publications)– Providing administrative and legal support to partners (e.g, Grant Agreement, Consortium Agreement, ethics requirements)– Strategic development of the project – Representation of the project at international conferences and networking events
