I keep coming back to one theme and focus: connecting people, guiding them through change, and making transformation actually work in daily practice.Today, I work as an Inhouse Change Manager in a fast-growing digital consultancy. In a cross-functional role, I support transformations across systems, processes, and collaboration, focusing on how change lands with the people involved. My background combines change management, project management, and digital transformation.I am a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner with experience in PMI and Scrum environments. Before that, I worked across finance, consulting, and project delivery, which still shapes how I look at both business and change.Outside of work, I am a freelance wedding officiant. It is a different context, but also about the same thing: guiding people through transitions that matter to them.In the end, whether in organizations or in life, change only works when people feel part of it.
