Work in close collaboration with head brewers, innovation lab, marketing team, lab logistics, engineering, quality control, retail programs and resource development in the US, Holland and globally, to ensure successful delivery of online and in-person regional events.\\\\nConsult with internal and external stakeholders to determine objectives and requirements.\\\\nIn cooperation with all relevant parties, develop and implement event strategy.\\\\nDesign and execute large and smaller-scale events, developing and implementing tasks related to agenda-setting, logistics, speakers-support, stakeholder management, vendor management, budget allocation, and control, promotion, and post-event evaluations.\\\\nNegotiate contracts with external vendors and agencies and manage all related requests.\\\\nExecute all the tasks on the day of the event to ensure a successful experience.\\\\nConduct risk assessment reviews, share findings, and\\\\nimplement appropriate corrective action; move toward\\\\ndisciplinary action if corrective action is not taken.\\\\nProvide guidance and information to affiliates about\\\\noptions when they are uncertain about their future.\\\\nCoordinate work with appropriate internal teams when\\\\naffiliates are in crisis or desire to\\\\nmerge/disaffiliate/dissolve.\\\\nWork with internal teams to stay abreast of policy changes\\\\nand resources.\\\\nCross-train for other areas to provide backup as needed.\\\\nManaged Tours and Tour Guides, Catering, Retail, and Banquet Departments\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
