About Julia Harrison

As an Admissions and Gallery Coordinator at Pratt Institute, I advise prospective students on Pratt\'s graduate programs and curate exhibitions across all arts disciplines for the annual Admissions show. I leverage my strong knowledge of the literary and arts sphere, especially in areas with a nonprofit focus, to showcase the diversity and creativity of Pratt\'s community.I am also a freelance writer, and editor, with a passion for beauty, style, and culture. I write and edit articles for Coveteur, design and implement crowdfunding campaigns for independent publishers, and work with a wide variety of industry contacts to land media content for various businesses. I have multiple publications in journals and magazines, including an interview with a Pushcart Prize winner. I hold a BA in English Language and Literature, with a minor in Classical Studies, from The University of the South, where I received the Tennessee Williams Creative Writing Award.
