Maintained a perfect 5-star rating across all reviews with an exceptional 50% review response rate, reinforcing strong customer trust and premium positioning.My role spans creative direction, brand strategy, perfume product and formulation design, SEO-driven marketing, and trend forecasting. I’ve managed everything from formulation and visual branding to digital growth, achieving consistent recognition as an Etsy Star Seller and Etsy’s Pick within 3 months of launch.
