My practice concentrations are in equipment leasing and financing, secured lending and all areas of complex commercial litigation. I specialize in the negotiation and drafting of equipment lease and loan documents in various secured financing transactions on behalf of secured lenders, banks and lessors, and represent both buyers and sellers in syndication and capital markets transactions. As a litigator, I have represented both institutional and individual clients with actions involving the lease and loan enforcement, breach of contract, fraud, employment discrimination, trademark infringement, counterfeiting, trade diversion, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (RICO), shareholder derivative disputes, attorney malpractice and bankruptcy-related disputes before the Federal and State courts, as well as various arbitral bodies. My clients are engaged in a variety of industries and professions, including business and financial services, legal and manufacturing. I handle all aspects of litigation, from assessing the viability of a potential client’s claims through trial, mediation and appellate practice.
