Through my work at Happy Strategy, I lead a team of design strategists to help companies thoughtfully design their workplace culture and processes to be more human, more supportive of individual team members, and more successful in the long run because of it. Pulling from evidence-based research in organizational psychology, strengths-based leadership, and agile project management, we partner with businesses like yours to assess core challenges and implement highly tailored solutions. As a small business owner and team leader, I am responsible for uncovering and embodying Happy Strategy\'s core values everyday, leading by example and modeling best practices for leadership, internal communications, and operations in order to enable my team to do their best work. I apply a human-centered approach not only to our client work, but also to evolving the company\'s business model, including all aspects of business development: marketing, product development, social media, lead generation, etc. I also serve as lead to client-facing projects, always seeking to identify strategic insights that lead to forward-thinking solutions that increase business performance and build competitive advantage through helping companies invest in their greatest resource: their people.
