Passionate about working with people, building strong teams, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures, Julia spent the past decade in People Management, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition. Being a solo HR for several years at ASPECT Structural Engineers, she had the unique opportunity to partner closely with the COO, CEO, and executive team to build HR systems from the ground up, design and implement comprehensive HR policies, programs, and processes, creating the foundation that helps the team to thrive.
