ABOUT JULIA ELDHO

AMBITIOUS, CHARISMATIC, DEPENDABLE That’s how a close friend described me as a working person and these characteristics continuously guide and help me to reach my goals in life. Over the course of the last 6 years, I have lived in 6 different locations in 4 different countries, moving for my studies and internships. Through this, I have gained many invaluable personal and working insights that have allowed me to grow as an individual, being able to meet bigger challenges ahead. Moreover, I have built up a sizeable network of people from all over the world with various backgrounds, personalities and within several industries and will definitely be able to benefit from that in the future. I thrive in an international setting, where there is never a dull moment and I am constantly presented with opportunities to learn. My open-mindedness and flexibility is highly appreciated by my friends and colleagues and gives me the required sensitivity for an international environment. Additionally, my positive attitude facilitates teamwork. Due to my stays abroad and my internship in the department of International Sales at Audi, I know how to act in international teams and take cultural backgrounds into account. This is something I would love to find in my future work place as well. One of my major interests is sustainability and healthy living. As a result, I am an energetic and sporty person with a wealth of ideas. As well as in International Sales, I could picture myself in the area of Sustainability and CSR. My interest in these areas grew further when I took part in a summer school in Tbilisi, Georgia, with the topic of “Social Entrepreneurship and Sustainability in Emerging Markets” where I and other international students helped real, sustainability-oriented Georgian start-ups to improve their business model. Since then I try to solidify my knowledge in this growing field and have a clear vision of what I would like to achieve.
