I\'m a design leader who bridges creative quality and operational strategy.I spent six years in visual and product design — shipping products, collaborating with engineers, and learning what makes design work actually land. Then I moved into design ops and program management because I saw a bigger problem worth solving: how do you make good design repeatable across a whole organization, not just one project?In my current role, I lead design operations and program management.
