I provide Process Safety subject matter expertise and program management across Company assets. I am responsible for design, implementation oversight, and continuous improvement of process safety and risk management systems and programs.Key responsibilities include:• Subject matter expert in process safety and risk management across LNG and hydrocarbon processing facilities, with deep experience in PHA, facility/building siting, fire & gas detection, and incident investigation.• Leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise‑level process safety management systems aligned with FERC, PHMSA, OSHA, and industry standards.• Development of governance documents, internal standards, and training programs that elevate operational discipline and regulatory compliance.• Collaboration and support to Operations, Maintenance, Pipeline, Engineering, and HSE teams, enabling risk‑based decision‑making and safe, reliable operations.• Support audits, assurance activities, and functional verifications of process safety and HSE programs.• Analyzing incident and near‑miss data to identify trends and drive targeted continuous improvement initiatives.• Facilitate and/or participate in incident investigations, supporting the identification of root and contributing causes and corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.• Responsible for maintaining process safety/safety engineering standards, procedures, and other key management systems within the Cheniere Integrated Management System (CIMS).
