With its own team of skilled carpenters, a CNC-equipped millwork shop, and a dedicated service department, Dearborn provides a fully integrated, detail-driven approach to building homes “for life.”As a Project Manager, I lead the execution of large-scale custom residential projects from start to finish. I work closely with architects, designers, subcontractors, and our in-house teams to bring highly tailored homes to life—balancing design intent, buildability, and timeline. My day-to-day includes coordinating schedules, reviewing architectural and technical drawings, managing budgets, issuing contracts and POs, and supervising on-site work to ensure quality at every stage.I serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communication, weekly updates, and progress reports. Using our project management tools, I assign tasks and track milestones to ensure full transparency and keep clients closely informed throughout the build. Proactive communication and client satisfaction are central to my role—building trust and delivering a seamless experience.I also manage all permitting and inspection processes, collaborating with local authorities to ensure compliance with zoning and building codes. Additionally, I introduced Buildertrend and AI-powered financial tools to streamline project oversight, improve reporting, and reduce manual workload across teams.Currently wrapping up a sq. ft. estate featuring extensive landscaping, a luxury cabana, pool, and private pickleball court—an example of the detail-rich, high-touch work Dearborn is known for.
