   Braven empowers promising young people on their path to college graduation and strong first jobs. The Braven Accelerator is a foundational course designed to begin preparing students for the increasingly competitive, globalized job marketplace. Through online and peer learning, interactive experiences, reflection, and programming following the course, Fellows build meaningful networks, discover their innate leadership, and cultivate the “hard” and “soft” skills and habits of mind needed to thrive in twenty-first century workplaces and make positive impact through their careers upon graduation. i. Selected as a member of Braven based on leadership ability and potential. ii. Developed skills critical to success in the 21st century workforce such as operating and managing, effective communications, and problem solving. With a team of peers, utilized design thinking to develop a solution to a pressing real-world challenge through research, prototyping, testing, and iteration. iv.
