I lead the Ballet Academy at GetSetGo, a newly founded startup which provides facilities for children and adults. Delivering specialized training for children 5 years and up in preparation for RAD Examinations. Coordinating and consulting with Studio and Company managers in developing new classes, driving student sign up and business development. I have provided copywriting for advertising on pamphlets, Instagram, and the company website, as well as assisted with photoshoots and with any necessary communication with parents and clients through email/calls. During lockdown I planned, filmed, and edited dance videos for clients to use at home. Throughout my time at GetSetGo, I have also been trained in and delivered many of their inhouse instructor-lead classes, such as BabyBeats, GoWild, Stay and Play to name a few. These classes all focus on further developing children\'s fine and gross motor skills, speech, musicality, and expression through physical education, and imaginative and sensory play.

ABOUT JULIA DENHAM
I am a creative at heart. I love hearing and telling stories, and live for expression, be it through movement, spoken word, or writing. I am ambitions and self driven, having started my first business at 22, and subsequently acquiring over 15 schools as clients over the last 6 years. I am inspired by the joy that am able to share with young people through movement, music, and - Yes, you guessed it! Self expression! As well as the relief, comfort, and contagious energy that it radiates. I appreciate the concept of \'sharing\' and believe that everything boils down to human connection; happiness and success is far better when shared. I am an aspiring writer and have a collection of creative writings which I (not so) secretly hope to share when I determine the right platform and get the guts (although a coffee table book is currently a curious idea!). Alongside teaching I am working towards exploring and gaining experience in this field, including brand copywriting, content and blog creation, reviews, and social media.
