Provide in-house legal support to a fast-growing UK clean energy infrastructure company developing multi-energy hubs for commercial vehicle- Assist with commercial property matters across the project lifecycle, including site acquisition, due diligence, leases, options, wayleaves, easements and title reviews- Support the legal aspects of site development and infrastructure projects, working closely with internal teams and external advisers- Assist with the drafting, review and management of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, consultancy agreements, NDAs and framework agreements- Provide corporate governance support, including Companies House filings, statutory registers, board and committee documentation, and general company secretarial assistance- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of in-house legal processes and templates.
