Hi, I’m Julia. I’m a Product Manager at Microsoft working on the commercial marketplace. I focus on the financial systems and incentive programs that support how businesses buy and sell software through Microsoft. Before this, I studied Electrical and Computer Engineering at Rice, where I got curious about neuroscience. I’ve always been drawn to complex systems, whether it’s the brain or a software platform, and trying to figure out how and why things work. At work, I’m usually at my best when I’m thrown into something messy and have to make sense of it fast. That’s what I liked about engineering, and it’s what I still love about product. Teammates have said I pick up new things quickly, especially when it comes to AI, and that I can step into just about any project and get moving.
