ABOUT JULIA CAPANO
I started my career in 2017 through Oracle\'s Class Of program as a Customer Success Manager maintaining and building client relationships and acting as a liaison between the customer and all other internal departments. In 2018, I then transitioned to a sales role where I continued building relationships with both current and potential Oracle customers. My main focus was to listen and learn about the current pain points of these companies and educate my contacts about how Oracle Cloud products could alleviate any issues and make the business run more efficiently. I achieved 195% of my Q4 attainment this past year and acted as a mentor for new members of the team throughout the years. As an undergraduate student at Boston College, I studied Communications and further developed those foundational skills over the last 5+ years of work experience. I am a part-time MBA student at BC where I have studied data analytics, strategic management, and marketing. I am also currently working in Boston College\'s University Advancement department supporting the Senior Vice President\'s Office.
