ABOUT JULIA CAKE

With over 20 years of experience in the toy industry, I am the Country Manager at FLAIR LEISURE PRODUCTS PLC, a leading toy distributor in the UK. In this role, I manage the sales, marketing, and operations of the company, as well as the relationships with key accounts, such as Tesco, Argos, and Amazon. I leverage my skills in key account management, new business development, and product marketing to drive the growth and profitability of the company, while ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction. Previously, I was the Commercial Director at Magic Box Toys UK Ltd, where I successfully launched and marketed several innovative toy brands, such as SuperZings and MojiPops, achieving record sales and market share. I also worked as a National Account Manager at Art and Science International Ltd and Schleich GmbH, where I developed and executed strategic sales plans for various toy categories, such as arts and crafts, science kits, and animal figurines. My core competencies include sales strategy, marketing management, product development, and team leadership. I am passionate about creating and delivering fun, educational, and engaging products that inspire children\'s imagination and creativity.
